How to use ISSA IPTV

A practical guide to the main app sections, settings, sources, EPG, playback and common situations.

Important: ISSA IPTV is an IPTV client. The app is not a telecom operator, broadcaster, online cinema or provider of closed content. Channels, archive, VOD and EPG depend on the provider or sources connected by the user.

Home screen

The main app menu

The home screen opens IPTV Provider, My IPTV, TV+, VOD, TV Archive, Radio, Account, Parental Control, Diagnostics and Instruction.

The Instruction button opens this guide. IPTV provider settings are now inside the IPTV Provider section.

IPTV Provider

Channels from your IPTV provider

This section is used to watch channels from the selected provider or supported profile.

It shows categories, channels, preview, the current programme and EPG schedule.

The Settings button opens provider parameters such as playlist, EPG, archive and VOD if supported.

Live player

Playback control

OK opens the information overlay with channel name, current programme, remaining time and clock.

Back returns to the channel list.

Some UHD/4K streams may start slower than normal HD channels.

EPG / TV guide

Current programme and schedule

EPG is used for the current programme, schedule, descriptions and remaining time.

The app refreshes EPG in the background and tries to keep it ready in advance.

If programme data is missing, check internet, EPG URL, provider settings and wait for the background refresh.

TV+

Free TV sources separate from the provider

TV+ is a separate section for free TV sources.

It is not mixed with the paid IPTV provider and depends on external open streams.

Some free streams may be temporarily unavailable.

My IPTV

User playlists and single channels

You can add your own M3U/M3U8 playlists and single streams.

The user is responsible for the correctness, legality and permitted use of such links.

If a link works on a computer but not on the TV box, the reason may be IP restriction, authorization, DNS, network or an outdated link.

VOD and TV Archive

Movies, series and catch-up playback

VOD is available if supported by the provider.

TV Archive allows watching previous programmes if the channel and provider support it.

Playback quality, seeking and archive availability depend on the source, server, device and internet speed.

Radio

Internet radio and user sources

Radio is used for stations from the catalogue and user radio sources.

Playback depends on the station server, format and availability.

Account

Access status and device information

The account screen shows access status, e-mail, device ID, model, app version, system messages and legal documents.

Refresh status requests current data from the server.

Parental control

PIN-protected access limits

Parental control can lock selected channels or categories with a PIN.

This helps restrict unwanted sections and content.

Diagnostics

Checking sources and app state

Diagnostics checks playlist, EPG, VOD, archive and technical status.

If a channel does not start, check internet, access period, provider settings, other channels and whether the issue affects only one HD/UHD stream.
