ISSA IPTV Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the ISSA IPTV app, website and account use, why this data is needed and how the user can contact us about data-related matters.

Terms of Use

1. What data we process

ISSA IPTV aims to collect only the minimum data needed for the app, licensing, support and access recovery.

The following data may be processed:

• technical installation identifier — install_id;
• app version, package name, versionCode/versionName;
• device model, manufacturer and Android version;
• license status, trial period, warning period and payment dates;
• technical app events and errors;
• IP address for technical diagnostics and security;
• user email address if the user voluntarily enters it in the app account or on the website.

2. User email

The email address is entered voluntarily and is used for account confirmation, website account login, support communication, subscription recovery, subscription transfer to a new device and service notifications related to ISSA IPTV.

We do not use email addresses to sell data to third parties and do not transfer them to advertisers.

3. What we do not collect

ISSA IPTV does not request or collect:

• passport or identity document data;
• home address;
• precise geolocation;
• full bank card data inside the app;
• user IPTV playlists for sale or transfer to third parties;
• special categories of personal data, unless the user sends such information to support voluntarily.

4. Processing purposes

Data is used for:

• registering the app installation;
• checking trial, warning and paid access periods;
• operating the app and website account;
• confirming email;
• transferring a subscription when replacing a device;
• handling support requests;
• finding and fixing technical errors;
• protecting against abuse and unauthorized access.

5. User IPTV sources

The user may add M3U/M3U8 playlists and individual channels to the app. This data is stored locally on the user device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the interface.

ISSA IPTV does not use user playlists to create a public catalog and does not claim rights to the content of such playlists.

6. Data storage and protection

Data is stored in the ISSA IPTV server database and used only for the app, website, account, licensing and support tasks. Access to the admin panel is restricted.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data, but the user understands that no Internet service can guarantee absolute protection from all possible risks.

7. User rights

The user can contact support to:

• find out which email is linked to the device;
• correct the email address;
• request removal of the email from the account;
• receive information about license status and linked devices;
• request subscription transfer to a new device after confirming access to the email.

8. Payments

When online payment is enabled, payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider. In that case, the payment provider may process data according to its own rules and privacy policy.

ISSA IPTV does not store full bank card data inside the app.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the app, website, account, payment and subscription recovery functions develop. The current version is published on this page.
